Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Muushig apps and online service. By creating a guest profile or using online play, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

Operator and eligibility

Muushig is operated by Bayarbileg Bayarsaikhan. You must be at least 13 years old to create a guest profile or use online features. If the law where you live requires a higher age for you to agree to these terms, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you.

The game and guest profiles

Muushig provides offline practice and online multiplayer based on a documented community ruleset. Online play uses a generated guest profile rather than requiring an email address or social account. You are responsible for activity under your guest credential and for keeping any recovery key and private-room invitation private. Do not sell, transfer, or share account access.

Fair play; no gambling

Muushig is for entertainment. It has no wagering, cash prizes, purchased currency, or items redeemable for money. Social points are non-spendable progress with no cash value. Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, manipulate matchmaking, interfere with another player, or use the service for gambling.

Acceptable content and conduct

You are responsible for the display name, optional profile photo, participant message, reaction, or other content you submit. Do not submit or promote:

• harassment, threats, hate, bullying, sexual content, graphic violence, or content exploiting or endangering a child;
• illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, personal or confidential information, intellectual-property infringement, spam, scams, or malicious links;
• content intended to evade filters or disrupt the game or service.

You grant Muushig a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, resize, transmit, and display submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You keep any rights you otherwise have in that content.

Reports, blocks, and moderation

Use the in-app report or block control for an offensive human profile or supported message. You may also contact bbayarbileg@gmail.com for a safety concern needing context. We may filter, restrict, remove, preserve as evidence, or review content; end a table; suspend access; or delete a profile when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Abuse of reporting systems is prohibited.

Public and private play

Active public Quick Match tables may be listed and watched live. Public views can show display names, avatars or profile photos, seats, scores, public cards, timers, reactions, history, and results, but not private hands or participant-written chat. Private rooms are not publicly listed. A private-room invitation is a capability link; anyone who receives a valid link may be able to use it until it expires or is revoked.

Service changes and availability

We may change the game, ruleset options, online features, supported devices, capacity, or these terms. We may interrupt or discontinue some or all service for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or economic reasons. We aim to keep Muushig available, but do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent retention of matches, or compatibility with every device or network.

Intellectual property

The Muushig software, original visual design, service, and related materials are owned by the operator or used under licence. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not permit copying, reselling, reverse engineering except where law expressly allows it, or using the branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Account deletion and termination

You can delete a guest profile from the online profile screen. Deletion is permanent and can end a shared active match. Detailed deletion steps and retention periods appear in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or serious harm to users or the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muushig is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every account or match. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, opportunity, or profit arising from use of a free entertainment service. Where liability can legally be limited but not excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of CHF 50 or the amount you paid directly for Muushig in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts in Switzerland have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

General

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without consent; the operator may transfer them with the service while preserving applicable consumer rights. The current terms and Privacy Policy are the agreement governing the service.
